The Church of Classic Rock April 15th, 2018 - Amateur Radio Day Tuesday, April 24th, is Amateur Radio Day! Long before the invention of the World Wide Web, when instant communication was a dream and a postal letter was actually considered a pretty speedy way to communicate (outside of the phone), there were a group of pioneers who were working on a dream of world-wide communication, and anticipating the joy of communicating with people all over the world instantly.
