Thursday, May 9th, is Teacher Appreciation Day, a time to reflect on the true value of the gifts our best teachers have bestowed upon. The Rev'll be talking about the day, dispelling some of the myths about teaching that still exist even in today's world, exploring some of the biggest challenges teachers face in the 21st century, discussing the importance (and methods) of self-care for teachers, and relating a bit of his own experience from twenty-three years as a professor.
